Terms of Service
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Sygnal, a go-to-market attribution product operated by P3 SAAS LTD (“Pion333rs”, “we”), registered in England and Wales under company number 17082961, at Dillon House, High Street, Widdington, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB11 3SB. By creating an account or connecting a system, you agree to them.
What Sygnal does
Sygnal reads from systems you already own — your CRM, your event platform, your web analytics and your advertising accounts — and reports which marketing channels produced your sales pipeline and revenue.
It is read-only in every system you connect. We request only read permissions, and Sygnal contains no capability to create, edit or delete anything in a connected system. If a connected provider grants us permissions broader than we asked for, we still do not use them.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for who you invite into your workspace, and for keeping access credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.
You must have the authority to connect the systems you connect. If the data in them belongs to your employer or your client, that is a matter between you and them, and connecting it is your confirmation that you are entitled to.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights in the data Sygnal reads on your behalf. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it.
We use it to provide the service to you, and for nothing else. We do not combine one customer’s data with another’s, we do not use it to train generalised artificial-intelligence models, and we do not use it for advertising. How we handle personal data specifically, and the sub-processors involved, is set out in our privacy policy.
For personal data inside your connected systems you are the controller and we are your processor. We act on your instructions.
What you may not do
- Connect systems you are not authorised to connect, or upload data you have no right to share with us.
- Attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data, or to circumvent the isolation between them.
- Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written agreement, or attempt to disrupt it for others.
- Resell or provide the service to a third party as if it were your own, unless we have agreed that in writing.
- Use Sygnal in a way that breaches the terms of a system you have connected. Those providers’ own terms continue to apply to you.
Availability, stated honestly
Sygnal is early-stage software, offered at present to a small number of pilot customers. We do not commit to an uptime figure, because we do not yet measure one, and a number we could not stand behind would be worth less than this sentence.
We will give reasonable notice of planned interruptions where we can. Synchronisation with connected systems depends on those providers’ own availability and rate limits, which are outside our control.
Fees
Where Sygnal is provided free of charge — which today includes pilot use — it is provided as-is, and either side may end it at any time. If we agree paid terms with you, those are set out separately and take precedence over this section.
Our intellectual property
The Sygnal software, its interface and its underlying models remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is open, and nothing more.
Feedback you send us is welcome and we may act on it freely, without obligation or payment.
Liability
Sygnal produces reporting and analysis. It is an input to commercial decisions, not a substitute for your own judgement, and we do not warrant that every figure is free of error — attribution is a modelled estimate, and where a figure cannot be derived honestly the product says so rather than inventing one.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Where Sygnal is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to £100. Where you pay for it, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You may stop using Sygnal and close your account at any time. You can revoke any connected system’s access from that system, and we retain no means of access afterwards.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export what you need.
On account closure we permanently delete your data within 30 days, including from backups on their normal expiry cycle, matching what our privacy policy commits to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and where a change materially affects you we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice. Continuing to use Sygnal after that is acceptance of the change; if you would rather not accept it, you can close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
